We meet Sunday mornings at 9 am in the Aloft Yoga Studio (room 206 of Gladish community center). Cushions, benches, chairs, and pillows are provided. Cill Richards, who practices in the Buddhist Theravada tradition, provides instruction and guided meditation. Meditation techniques practiced include mindfulness with breathing, body scan, walking, and metta. Sittings are 35 to 40 minutes followed by a short discussion.

On Sunday only the back door of Gladish is open so park in the back lot, come over the bridge, and take a right, you will see the studios down the hall on your left.
