Pullman Buddhist Meditation

Inspired by the Thai Forest Tradition and other Buddhist teachings we practice awareness of breathing as our primary object of meditation. Reading and meditation focuses include stillness, concentration, loving-kindness, our body, mindfulness, and the core Dhamma teachings of the Buddha. Sessions usually include short readings and discussion, as well as walking meditation.

No experience is necessary. A sitting cushion is suggested. One free visit is always available. Group meets year-round (within three cycles) every Sunday from 6:15-7:45pm in the Pioneer Center gym, 240 SE Dexter, Pullman.
