Description "Our National Guard personnel have provided very important assistance," President George W. Bush said at Kit Carson Park in Escondido, Calif., during a visit to wildfires on Oct. 25, 2007. "I am proud to be here with (LTG H Steven Blum), who runs the entire National Guard Bureau," the president said as California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, U.S. Sen.
