Description |
English:
- All data is from National Nutrient Database (NDB) for Standard Reference, version SR18, compiled by the Nutrient Data Laboratory, Agricultural Research Service, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), with the exception of the hemp seed, which information came from the product label, and the *soy nut butter (a commercially prepared mixture: I.M. Healthy brand Original Creamy Soynut Butter), for which protein, fat, carbohydrate, fibre, and sugar came from the label and the W-6 fatty-acid content was deduced from total fat content (all soya derived) times the ratio found in the USDA NDB record for soya beans.
- This chart was produced using Microsoft Excel 2003. Labels were attached by using a separate "series" for each data point , and showing data labels for series name. Colors were added manually to each data point.
