Summary

Expression of Rhodopsin-1 (Rh1) in the Drosophila eye as visualised by labelling with an anti-Rh1 primary antibody (4c5: Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank) and an anti-mouse-Alexa488 secondary antibody (Molecular Probes). Rh1 is expressed in photoreceptor cells R1-R6 where it absorbs blue light (488nm). The central photoreceptor cell R7 is not labelled.
