A House Financial Services Committee hearing with Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke. This is from the February 10, 2009 hearing. This image was taken by a screenshot on a computer when viewing the internet video stream of this hearing. Then the Gimp image editing program was used to crop everything except what is seen in the image.
