Naval jack of Italy. Based on images at the World Flag Database and other sources, as well as information at Flags of the World. This flag is also used as the basis for Image:Naval Ensign of Italy.svg, as the images in the naval jack are also found in the naval ensign, but are available at higher resolution in the jack.

This flag took me only one day to reconstruct, but it required a profound amount of effort to get all the details into the flag.
