English: Canterbury Museum and Rolleston statue The Museum, designed by Benjamin Mountfort, was built in 1876. The marble statue was executed by the English sculptor, Herbert Hampton (1862-1929), and was unveiled on 26 May 1906. New Zealand Historic Places Trust Register number: 290.
