Summary
A scan from a 35mm photograph which I took at Karakol in Kyrgyzstan in July 2002. The central figure is a "Manaschi", a traditional storyteller who has memorised the entire Manas epic legend.
This scan is in the Public Domain (however, I retain ownership and copyright of the original transparency and any higher-resolution scans derived from it). SiGarb 00:07, 16 November 2005 (UTC)
