English: Members of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Savannah Station use a USCG HH-65C Dolphin Short Range Recovery Helicopter to demonstrate a helicopter rescue for the participants at the Southeast Region 4 Exercise 2006 (SER4EX06). The SER4EX06 is a joint disaster recovery exercise involving local, state, and federal resources, including National Guard units from every state in the southeast region and members from three foreign countries.
