Author's note

The Rebel Flag, now vectorized in SVG format. This version was created by me, User:Crotalus horridus, in Inkscape. I later optimized the image by rewriting it in Notepad, removing much redundant data created by Inkscape and cleaning up the markup significantly. This had the effect of reducing the image size by over 80 percent. Released as a PD image.

This work has been released into the public domain by its author, Crotalus horridus at the English Wikipedia project. This applies worldwide.

Crotalus horridus grants anyone the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.
