Aforaseem released it in English Wikipedia on 12th April 2008 under CC-BY-SA-2.0 and GFDL. Regarding the copyright concerns of architecture of Concertgebouw building - It was designed by Adolf Leonard van Gendt, and was put open to public on April 11, 1888. It is assumed the architect has died long back, and more than 70 years have passed, so there is no copyright applicable on its external architecture details.
