English: Djiboutian army soldiers scan the terrain for the opposing force during Operation Able Dart 08-01 on Forward Operating Location Ali Sabieh, Djibouti, March 5, 2008. U.S. Army Soldiers from Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 249th Infantry Regiment (Light), Guam Army National Guard are teaching counterterrorism tactics to Djiboutian army soldiers during the 10-week Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa mission.
