Transferred from th:ภาพ:Seal_Bangkok.png, scanned from the book ตราประจำจังหวัด "Provincial Seals", published by the Fine Arts Department of Thailand, 1999. The Fine Arts Department designs and produces most provincial seals. For the Bangkok seal, the artwork is from a 1947 drawing by Prince Narisara Nuvadtivongs (1863-1947). The family of Prince Narisara approved its use as the artwork for the seal. Its copyright expired in 1997, fifty years from the death of its author. See Origin of the Bangkok seal. |
