English: Athena of the Parthenos Athena type. Pentelic marble, Greek copy from the 1st century BC after the original from the 5th century BC. Some 17th-century restorations: arms, ends of the belt, some folds of the peplos, aegis, tip of the nose.
Français : Athéna du type de l'Athéna Parthénos. Marbre du Pentélique, copie grecque du Ier siècle av. J.-C. d'après l'original du Ve siècle av. J.-C. Quelques restaurations du XVIIe siècle : bras, extrémités de la ceinture, quelques-uns des plis du péplos, égide et bout du nez.
Italiano: Atena di tipo Atena Parthenos. Pentelico marmo, copia greco firmata da Antioco (I sec. a.C.) da un originale di Fidia (V sec. a.C.). Un po’ restaurato nel XVII sec.: bracci, parte della cintola, alcune plissettature del peplos, egida e parte del naso.
