Ball-and-stick model of the tetraborate anion, [B₄O₅(OH)₄]²⁻, in crystalline borax, Na₂[B₄O₅(OH)₄]·8H₂O. Neutron diffraction data from H. A. Levy and G. C. Lisensky (December 1978).
