Image of Carnival House, Southampton, England. This building is the corporate headquarters of Carnival UK, a division of Carnival Corporation & plc, responsible for the groups United Kingdom cruise ship operations. The wavelike patterns visible on both sides of the facade are derived from real satellite-based measurements of sea surface elevation, which were provided to the architects by the Laboratory for Satellite Oceanography of the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton.
