This map of the Electoral College votes of 1824 illustrates the number of electoral votes allotted to each candidate in each state.
Jackson won New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. John Quincy Adams won Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Crawford won Virginia (including present-day West Virginia) and Georgia. Clay won Ohio, Kentucky, and Missouri.
