Additional information

The Institute offers a four-year, 2,108-hour program, consisting of eight to nine, five-day weekends per year. The first two years teach students a variety of treatment plans and integration methods suitable for patients. The last two years teach students how to adjust structural integration methods to meet the specific needs of clients suffering from pain due to musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. A retreat intensive is held after the second and third years. Students also engage in Independent Study and work with a mentor as needed. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are prepared to take the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork for licensure in Washington.

Program costs

Tuition is $30,500 for the four-year Structural Medicine Specialist. There is also a five-day cadaver lab that is an additional $2,000.
