Each class has a minimum of 85 hours of training that includes classroom, lab, and clinical experience. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates receive a seven-hour HIV/AIDS training certificate and a DSHS Certificate of Completion. Students are provided the applications for the state examination and NAC licensing upon successful completion of training.
Tuition is $795 for the course and due on the first day of class. A registration deposit of $150 is required to reserve a seat. There are additional costs for a uniform, transfer belt, tuberculosis screen, background check, and fees for examinations.
Pre-planned with scheduled appointment visit to the school to complete enrollment agreement and indicate firm payment amounts and dates prior to the start of the session to be attended.

Applicants must pass an English assessment, TB skin testing, complete a Washington State Patrol background inquiry and not have any offense on the state's Secretary's List of Disqualifying crimes, and be at least 16 years of age. Student is provided referral to ESL programs if not able to pass the English Assessment.

A pre-registration exam is required to test each student's ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
