Tuition is $4,395 for the Class A program and $3,395 for the Class B program, if paid by cash, check, or credit card. There are additional costs that total $578 for a DOT physical exam, drug screening, DOL written/skill testing, CDL learner's permit, driving record abstract, driver's license transfer, and books and supplies. Hazardous materials applicants must also pay an additional $86.50 for the required background check.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen, have an acceptable driving record and work history, and qualify financially. The ability to satisfactorily read, write, and comprehend English is required by federal regulations.
