Hyperkyphosis, colloquially called a "dowager's hump," refers to an anteriorly concave curvature of the thoracic region of the spine.
This image shows an elderly woman walking. You can tell she has osteoporosis because of the way she is hunched over, colloquially referred to as a "dowager's hump."
